How access is granted
Access is not requested through a form. It is granted by whoever runs your account, so every user is tied to the right operation.
Your account manager requests it
Access is enabled by the Q-Onetrade account manager who handles your business. If you are not sure who that is, write to us and we will point you to them.
It arrives at your work address
You receive the username at the address recorded in the contract. Access is never sent to personal email addresses.
You set your password on first sign-in
The first session asks you to create your own password. The activation link expires after 72 hours.
Frequently asked questions
I forgot my password, what now?
There is a reset link on the sign-in screen. An email reaches your registered address with a link valid for 24 hours. If it does not show up, check the junk folder before writing to us.
Can I give access to more people on my team?
Yes. Request them through your account manager, giving each person’s name, work email and what they need to see. Permissions are assigned by profile, not field by field.
Which devices can I sign in from?
Any up-to-date browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install and the view adapts to the screen.
Can I still see my cargo if another carrier moves it?
Yes, as long as that carrier is integrated or reports position. Where there is no integration, the shipment is still followed through transport document events, with less route detail.
What if a shipment shows the wrong data?
You can flag the difference from the shipment itself. The operations team checks it against the original source and either corrects it or explains where the figure comes from.
